Matt never kissed Kitty on the lips. The only woman Dillon ever kissed on the lips was portrayed by Michael Learned. (Matt had amnesia of course.) In the movie Gunsmoke: The Last Apache, we learn that she also became pregnant and birthed a Dillon daughter named Beth.
