In 1958 he played Comdr. Tydings in the movie Mardi Gras and in 1959; The Story on Page One, A Private's Affair, Compulsion as Mr. Straus, Rymdinvasion in Lappland as Dr. Frederick Wilson and in The 30 Foot Bride of Candy Rock. 1960; Maj. Gen. Roy Geiger in the movie The Gallant Hours and he also played that year Colonel Dowling in the movie Wake Me When It's Over. 1961; The Young Savages that year. In 1962 we saw him in seven movies: The Slime People as Professor Galvin, he had a part in Mooncussers, Jumbo as Madison, he was in the series "Texas John Slaughter", he played a director in the series "Sweet Bird of Youth", Birdman of Alcatraz as Senator Lewis and The Manchurian Candidate as Convention Chairman. 1972; in the movie A Reason to Live, a Reason to Die and 1975 as Chad Foster in Trilogy of Terror. In 1977; Dale Anderson in Stonestreet: Who Killed the Centerfold Model? and that same year he also joined the cast of the series "Lovers and Friends/For Richer, For Poorer" as Lee Ferguson for one year.
